Adults age 62 and over may be eligible to live at Center Communities of Brookline. We also offer apartments to adults of any age with disabilities.
We invite you to begin with a conversation with our Sales Associate Penny Gordon at 617-363-8048. She will be able to provide personalized information based on your needs, as well as an application.
You can fill out this application on your computer, or print it out and fill it in by hand. Submit your completed application to Center Communities of Brookline, Attn: Marketing, 100 Centre Street, Brookline, MA 02446. If you prefer, you may scan and email your application to PennyGordon@hsl.harvard.edu.
Please note that there is a waiting list for many of our apartments. Applicants will be added to the waiting list in the order completed applications are received. The average wait time varies by building and unit type. Center Communities of Brookline will contact you when an apartment becomes available.
