Apartment Costs, Eligibility

Some apartments at Center Communities of Brookline are subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Residency is open to all age- and income-qualified persons in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, and familial status. You or a member of your household must be 62 years of age or older. In some cases, disabled persons under the age of 62 may qualify. Income qualifications apply. Mobile voucher holders are encouraged to apply.

Because the amount you pay out-of-pocket is dependent on your income, we are happy to talk with you in person or over the phone to determine estimated monthly costs.
