Memory care assisted living costs at NewBridge on the Charles are structured as a rental model, with no “buy-in” or purchase required. Our inclusive monthly pricing covers unlimited personal care, all meals, housekeeping, utilities, programming, and more. When moving in, residents pay a one-time community fee equal to one month’s rent. At this time, we are exclusively private pay. Many residents use long-term care insurance to offset the monthly costs of assisted living.
