Transitioning into assisted living, whether from home, another community, or even another residence on the NewBridge campus can be overwhelming. Our team works in close partnership with residents and their families to guide them as simply as possible through the entire process.
Before you apply, we invite you to visit our community. This is your opportunity to sit with an experienced professional, share your unique story, concerns, and individual needs, as well as tour the NewBridge campus. You can even schedule an afternoon to experience life here as our guest. We invite you to share a meal with us, attend some programs, and explore the community at your own pace. Then, if you like what you see, join our brief waitlist by completing a quick form.
Next, we will contact you as new residences become available. When you're ready to make assisted living at NewBridge your home, the process includes a simple application that shares personal information about your interests, background, and family; submission of your medical records as well as an in-person medical assessment with our director of nursing to ensure that we can meet your care needs; and the disclosure of financial information and supporting documents. As always, our team will be with you every step of the way.
