Stephanie Small is the executive director of Hebrew SeniorLife’s Right Care, Right Place, Right Time Initiative, which delivers high-quality supportive services in affordable housing communities. She oversees operations, administration, and finances; leads business and strategic planning; sets and achieves growth goals; and ensures service excellence across Hebrew SeniorLife and partner sites. She also leads efforts to develop a sustainable funding model for the initiative and manages related fundraising.
Stephanie previously served as executive director of Hebrew SeniorLife’s Simon C. Fireman Community in Randolph, MA, and Leyland Community in Dorchester, MA. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 20 years in nonprofit leadership, focused on child welfare and mental health. Her expertise includes operations, finance, fundraising, and program development.
