Biography

Erika Barber strives to integrate compliance throughout existing structures and to provide oversight and management of Hebrew SeniorLife’s corporate compliance program.

She has extensive experience working with clinical, program, and administrative staff to ensure the vital work of caring for patients is carried out in a way that adheres to all laws, regulations, and organizational policies. In addition to her health care experience, Erika brings grant management for affordable housing and clinical research compliance experience. Her previous employers include Boston Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, and other housing and homeless services organizations.

Erika is a licensed attorney with a law degree from New England Law | Boston where she is an adjunct professor of health law. She also holds a BA in public policy and social change from Bentley University and is certified in health care compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association.
