Biography
Aline Russotto is the executive director of Orchard Cove, a Hebrew SeniorLife life plan community in Canton, Massachusetts where her career started, and has grown, since 1998. In addition to overseeing Orchard Cove’s operations, she is a member of Hebrew SeniorLife's senior living leadership team. She is a member of the board of directors of LeadingAge Massachusetts, the state chapter of the national organization. Aline has also served as a coach for its Leadership Academy and as a board member for the national organization.
Aline is passionate about supporting the best lives of the seniors she serves through person-directed, innovative programming that aligns Orchard Cove's delivery of care and services with the values and preferences of its seniors. She led the creation of the award-winning Vitalize 360, a goal driven and outcome-based program that inspires seniors to make lifestyle changes leading to improved health outcomes and a greater quality of life.
Aline is a graduate of the Lausanne School of Hotel Management in Switzerland.
