Aline Russotto is the executive director of Orchard Cove, a Hebrew SeniorLife life plan community in Canton, Massachusetts where her career started, and has grown, since 1998. In addition to overseeing Orchard Cove’s operations, she is a member of Hebrew SeniorLife's senior living leadership team. She is a member of the board of directors of LeadingAge Massachusetts, the state chapter of the national organization. Aline has also served as a coach for its Leadership Academy and as a board member for the national organization.
Aline is passionate about supporting the best lives of the seniors she serves through person-directed, innovative programming that aligns Orchard Cove's delivery of care and services with the values and preferences of its seniors. She has initiated and led initiatives to inspire older adults to make lifestyle changes, which have improved health outcomes and increased quality of life.
