The Deanna and Sidney Wolk Center for Memory Health at Hebrew SeniorLife provides Harvard Medical School-affiliated outpatient memory care services, in person and virtually, for people living with cognitive symptoms or disorders at any stage — and for their families and caregivers.

We know caring for a person showing signs of dementia, due to Alzheimer’s disease or another cause, can be overwhelming. We are here to help you cope with the stress of a loved one’s condition and provide the resources you need to make informed decisions.

Our services include behavioral and cognitive neurology, including diagnosis and assessment; cognitive health and dementia care management; family and caregiver support; and resource guidance.
