Rachel Fox, CWC, is a certified Health and Wellness Coach at the Deanna and Sidney Wolk Center for Memory Health, where she leads the Brain Health and Wellness Coaching Program. She earned her coaching certification from Wellcoaches and holds a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and psychology from Trinity College in Connecticut.
With a strong background in research and patient care, Rachel has collaborated closely with patients at the Wolk Center for Memory Health and coordinated studies at the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research at Hebrew SeniorLife. Her approach centers on holistic well-being and fostering partnerships with patients that empower them to thrive and achieve their optimal brain health.
