Phyllis was the employee communication manager at Hebrew SeniorLife and a member of the Marketing and Communications team until 2023. She joined the organization in 2011. In her role, Phyllis guided the development of communications for Hebrew SeniorLife’s 2,600 employees across the organization’s nine campuses. She worked with Hebrew SeniorLife President and CEO Lou Woolf on his biweekly employee newsletter called Lou’s Friday Report, as well as his twice-a-year employee “road show” called Talk Shop with Lou. Additionally, Phyllis worked with Human Resources and other departments to provide strategic advice and guidance for their employee-facing messages.
