Matt Smith entered the nursing profession as a licensed practical nurse trained in the Army, received a BSN from Fitchburg State University in 2012, and joined Hebrew SeniorLife as the hospice care clinical director in 2019. He served as senior director, home care, palliative care, and hospice from 2022 to 2024. Matt is certified in hospice and palliative care and wound care.
