Ann Mendoza is a 2024-2025 dietetic intern at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in Boston. Prior to joining Hebrew Rehabilitation Center, she focused on community nutrition in the Boston area, working as a WIC nutritionist for Spanish speakers and nutrition educator in Boston Public Schools. She led nutrition education programs amongst students, families, and community members in both English and Spanish since 2018 after graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. During her graduate studies at Tufts University, she assisted Compassion Link, a nonprofit in developing nutrition curricula for schools in Abaco, Bahamas. She enjoys communicating nutrition information through infographics, activities, and demonstrations. She continues her commitment to public health nutrition through nutrition counseling at WIC on the weekends.
